Summer is not always scorching, we sometimes experience those slightly off days when it’s not too hot, there’s cloud cover and the rain is imminent – if you’re in Jozi and surrounds; OR the wind is pumping and it’s chilly  - if you’re in the Cape.

So you always need at least one pair of closed shoes in your summer wardrobe, and since we’re heading into Autumn now is the time to get a pair.

I loooove pumps, and these ones below are so cute.

The structured pointed toe is tres chic, but the stripes make them really fun at the same time. 

They’re perfect to wear with a pair of skinnies, or a trench coat to keep the rain out. You can find these online at Step Ahead. You can either go for the bolder orange colour-way, or there is a more neutral blue colour-way. Personally I like the pop of orange.
