You know how jeans go with everything? So does a denim shirt…

A denim shirt is a wardrobe essential guys.

I spotted this shirt when I was shopping with a client for jeans at G Star. We had just found her a pair of jeans and then I saw the shirt and she loved it. As soon as she left I went back into G Star and bought it for myself. It was a hefty price tag, like almost as much as a pair of jeans (to be exact about two thirds of the price of a pair, yikes) but I didn’t hesitate as it was perfect on every level and I knew I needed it in my wardrobe. I have a summer denim-ish shirt that I basically live in, in summer. But it’s not warm enough for winter as it’s a soft, light fabric so isn’t a true denim shirt. I’d been on the lookout for ‘the one’ for a long long time.

I’m not going to say much more in this post – I’ll leave it up to the photos to show you 5 ways in which I’ve styled it. Please excuse poor quality – I took them with my phone.

I’ve honestly worn it close on 10 times already and I only bought it just over a month ago. Price-per-wear working well for me so far!

    Not sure if still available but I’m sure they’ll have versions of it as they’re a denim store 😉 It’s soft but it’s proper denim so it’s not not buttery soft, very comfy to wear though…
